Andrew is a City & Guilds apprentice served carpenter with over 30 years working experience in all aspects of the building and construction industry.

Andrew started his building career as an apprentice serving carpenter qualifying 3 years later with City & Guilds accreditation.

In his early years he was self employed & working for various house developers gaining valuable experience across the whole of the building trade & in 2005 after completing a contract in the Middle East he returned home & set up his company Andrew Developments Ltd.

Today with over 30 years experience in all aspects of  building & construction he now has a wealth of knowledge & also a reputation for quality workmanship & for being an honest and a trustworthy professional.

Andrew has been the sole director of Andrew Developments Ltd since its formation & the company has been registered with Companies House since 2005.

Andrew Developments Ltd has the following accreditations.

• NHBC (National House Building Council) registered house builder since 2007
• LABC (Local Authority Building Control) registered warranted developer since 2016
